Storage Tips!

All cookies are baked in small batches. Only limited quantities that we can manage in one go to ensure the best quality for each order. Cookies can stay fresh for up to 5 days at room temperature,7 days in the fridge and can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.

Each cookie has a story.

I take inspiration from my upbringing and experiences. It's about creating familiar flavours in a new and exciting way. When I lived in Jamaica, Gizzada: a coconut tart was my absolute favourite thing or that my wife and I used Appleton rum as our wedding favours or just a cup of Ovaltine before bed. My goal is to share these food stories with you through cookies!

I love a good confetti cookie. I love Oreos. Put them together and add some gold? PERFECTION. A very aromatic and delicious cookie that is sweet without being too much.
